      2. Praneet Soi (born 1971) is an artist whose practice includes painting, drawing, collage, text, slide-shows, and performance-lectures. He explores fragmentations and distortions of the body and environment, and the subject of labor. Recent exhibitions include: It doesn’t always have to be beautiful,
 unless it’s beautiful, National Gallery of Kosovo, Pristina, 2012; Manifesta 9, Genk, 2012; and Indian Pavilion, 54th Venice Biennale, Venice, 2011. Soi lives and works in Amsterdam and Kolkata. [Last updated 2013]
